You may want to consider having hair transplantation surgery if you are experiencing the following:
Hair Loss (Alopecia)
(Androgenic Alopecia) Male or Female pattern hair loss
WHAT CAUSES HAIR LOSS?
Hair loss can come in different patterns. The problem is so severe that they can be isolated socially. The topmost reason for male pattern hair loss is the effect of the hormone named testosterone. This is more prominent in genetically susceptible males. This is medically termed as ANDROGENIC ALOPECIA.
In females, diffuse hair loss with thinning may be due to genetic factors, thyroid diseases, Iron deficiency, stress, or less commonly due to high fever.
In androgenic alopecia, hairs on the front and top of the scalp start to shrink until they eventually disappear. The hair on the back and side of the scalp are genetically permanent, not affected by DHT (Dihydrotestosterone). These permanent hairs are utilized in hair transplantation.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING HAIR TRANSPLANT PROCEDURE?
Hair transplantation is a minor outpatient surgery that would require 4-5hrs for completion of the procedure.
Some procedures will include 1 or 2 sessions based on the patient, which the doctor will decide ultimately.
We @ BHC now perform hair transplantation by micro follicular unit extraction (FUE) Technique which involves direct removal of BHC individual follicular units (each contains 1-4 hairs) with the help of specialized equipment.
These small grafts are planted into the bald or thinned area of the scalp (recipient area) using implanters to maintain the same angle and depth as the other hairs present.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Within 24 hrs, small crusts will form on each graft that is then shed in approximately 5 to 10 days.
